What you use everywhere
200 AI documents a month included
Photograph a receipt; AI pulls supplier, amounts and rates (Czech, German, English). Then a check without AI: uncertain fields are flagged. Unreadable photos do not count toward the limit.
Field work and offline
Site diary and vehicle intake run without signal. The queue sits on the phone and leaves on its own when signal returns. Each entry has its own key — no duplicates.
Invoices without asking
Deposits, credit notes, proformas, reminders, web invoice with QR, CSV/ZIP/ISDOC export. Bank statement as CSV — we do not connect to your bank.
Switching from another programme?
Address book from any spreadsheet. Issued-invoice history from a file (ISDOC, POHODA XML). Sign-in to iDoklad or Fakturoid later, once production keys are on. Czech tax comparisons (Fakturoid, iDoklad) live only on the Czech site.

Frequently asked questions
How does the trial work?▼
Fourteen days, ten documents and five AI documents. No credit card. After that the account locks — log-in, profile and data export stay.
What if I do not pay?▼
The account locks and you cannot issue new documents. Log-in, profile and ZIP export remain. We delete nothing and hold nothing hostage.
How do I request a plan?▼
Write to us or use “Request a plan” in the app — we set it up by hand. Card payments are not live yet. There is no permanently free plan.
Will you import data from another programme?▼
Address book yes, from any spreadsheet. Issued-invoice history from a file (ISDOC, POHODA XML) yes. OAuth to iDoklad or Fakturoid only after production keys.
Does it work on a phone?▼
Yes. The interface is built for the phone, you add it to the home screen and it starts without signal. A store app exists, still in the older look.
Do you calculate my income tax?▼
No. Everywhere you see operating profit (purchase, costs, overheads, days on lot). Personal tax is not a promise — not for Germany, not for the US.
Company credit check?▼
The Czech company-register lookup (justice.cz) is on the Czech website only. CZ only.
